Dear John,

You have one of the finest workers l have encountered in 50 years of apartment and condo living! I am an owner of a two-bedroom condominium at The Philadelphian where your company handles the extermination issues.

An apartment in the B wing shares a long wall with my apartment in the C wing, and for three years now, they have been drilling ceaselessly every weekday and driving the bugs to the bug solace available in my apartment! Before that, l had only the rare bug in my unit.

Until Peyton came to exterminate in my apartment, l had regular cockroach invasions! In one of the two bedrooms, in the kitchen, the dining room, and both bathrooms. When Peyton finally came to exterminate, he had a plan, and soon, the entire bug problem became livable! And then, not a problem. Just an annoyance.

There are almost no bugs today, thanks to Peyton’s plan and execution of his plan. He is extraordinary, and loves his work and his company. You and l are both so lucky to have him!

"I had my regular scheduled service today and want to tell you that Mike is amazing. This is the 2nd time he has done my contract service. After the last time he was here I didn't have any bugs (even now, months later) he must have scared them away. I haven't seen any insects except for a few spiders!

Boy am I glad he came here today - as Mike was spraying around the outside of my house he saw the hose spigot out front shooting water into the air. The water wouldn't turn off, so he came inside and he turned off the shutoff valve in the basement (which I can't reach). He saved the day ... if he hadn't been here and discovered the problem, my home might have been flooded.

Mike is a great young man, very polite with a wonderful smile. He is an asset to your business!
